1. Scope

GRIND is a self-custody wallet and trading interface for supported blockchains and venues. GRIND does not custody your assets, act as a broker, provide investment advice, or guarantee execution, pricing, liquidity, yield, or asset availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use GRIND in your jurisdiction. You may not use GRIND if you are prohibited by applicable law, sanctions programs, or venue rules.

3. Self-custody

You control your recovery phrase and private keys. GRIND cannot recover lost keys, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore assets sent to the wrong address. You are responsible for securing your device, passcode, recovery phrase, and wallet access.

4. Transaction risk

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and may involve price volatility, slippage, failed transactions, network congestion, smart-contract risk, bridge risk, oracle risk, token metadata errors, and third-party venue risk. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approving them.

5. Fees and third parties

Transactions may include network fees, venue fees, routing fees, priority fees, spread, or GRIND platform fees shown in the app when applicable. Third-party services, chains, protocols, and venues are independent from GRIND and may change or become unavailable.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use GRIND for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, fraud, unauthorized access, abuse of security controls, or activity that harms GRIND, users, networks, or third-party services.

7. No warranties

GRIND is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Market data, balances, token metadata, simulations, routing quotes, performance data, and notifications may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GRIND is not liable for lost profits, lost assets, lost data, transaction losses, indirect damages, or third-party service failures arising from your use of the app.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms. When a new version is required, the app or backend may ask you to accept the current version before continuing.
